What's the hard work to finish a project?

Sometime that's hardly to discussion about the requirement from customer. Example,the customer never got their website before. So they don't know about the necessary component what must prepare for web service company. Moreover, they don't know about the limit point of web designing and web programing, too.
For me, before all of processing work. I should explain all important things about web development for the customer. Yes, it's take many time to make them understand. But I 'll push it well done. Some customer don't like my way. They think I'm overconfident. So it's make me lose a job from them. Even 10% from all customer not like my way. But 90% accept . They accept my Idea.
I 'm not agree about the web developer who answer "Yes, Yes , and Yes." for all customer 's requirement. I think , it's not a correct way to do all things for someone that don't know about a fact of these project. I know, they can do it all , but I don't know "Is it correct?"

A customer want to create his or her website by use only one "picture" stretch"all page". Yes , all web developer can do. But this action is not good . When a people visiting in this website, the browser what they use ask for the server , it takes a long time to loading because web page take only 1 picture. So this picture must contain a big site. In the correct way, we must separate the section of content in a page and coding in the same way. It will decrease the timing to loading the site. All web developer must explain all of this knowledge to customer before answer "yes". Isn't it?
